Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services is the IT partner of Crédit Agricole Group’s 39 Regional Banks. With a single information system, it ensures the design, manufacture and maintenance of the banking information system, respecting the requirements and service levels expected by users.
Statement of requirements
Simplify access to resources (articles, discussions, documents, etc.) by CA-TS members. Organize documents in a single medium and manage access autonomously (restricted access as needed). Finally, set up the space with ready-to-use SharePoint features: libraries, lists, calendar, tasks, blog, etc.
Implemented solution
A space ready for use on a platform already connected to the directories of the Group’s entities. A simple space for adoption allowing quick access to information and easy input for managers, in order to offer a living and up-to-date content. Based on a SharePoint platform (Microsoft) hosted and managed internally by a dedicated team, subject to regular security tests. Easy access by SSO or Group Intranet account (depending on the entity).
