As a strategic partner of the Group’s business lines, Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform (CA-GIP) is responsible for the IT production of infrastructure and the management of technology platforms. Since its creation on January 1, 2019, CA-GIP has been developing new platforms adapted to digital practices, while guaranteeing a high level of security and confidentiality for Entities.
Statement of requirements
A page on the intranet dedicated to collaborative spaces to simplify access to resources (articles, discussions, documents, etc.) by CA-GIP members. Organize documents in a single medium and manage access autonomously (restricted access as needed). Finally, set up the space with ready-to-use SharePoint features: libraries, lists, calendar, tasks, blog, etc.
Implemented solution
A space ready for use on a platform already connected to the directories of the Group’s entities. A simple space for adoption allowing quick access to information and easy input for managers, in order to offer a living and up-to-date content. Based on a SharePoint platform (Microsoft) hosted and managed internally by a dedicated CA-GIP team, subject to regular security tests. Easy access by SSO or Group Intranet account (depending on the entity).
