LCL is a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole SA. It offers its customers a 100% online relationship with highly available advisors in addition to its websites and its mobile and tablet applications. LCL relies on a strategy of development, innovation and recognition of its customers’ expectations, in particular with the Recognition Agreement. “Ask your bank more”, which is LCL’s advertising signature.
Statement of requirements
Replace the old intranet, which has become obsolete and difficult to handle by the teams in charge of the contribution. Faced with strong expectations from future contributors and users, it was important to completely rethink the user experience in order to facilitate and streamline it.
Implemented solution
The new LCL&Moi portal is based on the WAVE model.
LCL employees now benefit from a new interactive and responsive portal, as well as the latest developments in terms of personalization, including the ability to subscribe to news themes.

It is accessible to all LCL and its subsidiaries.
Have the objectives been achieved?
Largely, thanks to the organization of co-construction workshops, bringing together LCL employees from all functions, networks and support functions, and from all regions. These workshops enabled future users to be integrated into the redesign project from the outset and thus to take ownership of their new portal.
