The subject
IT 2025 is the Group IT roadmap from 2020 to 2025. This led to the 10 IT 2025 sub-programs, which are the main orientations of the IT 2025 Program.
IT 2025 is both the map and the compass for the evolution of the Group’s IT, or rather IT, of the entities that make up the Group. Indeed, each entity has a unique IT heritage and responds to transformation challenges specific to its ambitions and context, while being part of Ambitions 2025, the Group’s MTP.
The statement of requirements
A dual-use site, making it possible to be both a knowledge base and a strong communication vector for the Group’s IT 2025 project; but also an event site in support of Digit Live, an annual video milestone, presenting the progress of the program.
The implemented solution
An intranet info & communication site, created within a tight deadline and with a strong exit imperative, linked to the desire to carry out a communication plan upstream of the Digit Live taking place in December.
A strong and very rich collaboration with the business teams, which enabled us to meet the challenge and provide a quality site.
