Equally owned by CACEIS and BNP Paribas, Uptevia, which combines the issuer services activities of both banks, was created on 1 January 2023. Uptevia aims to be a French – and ultimately European – leader in Corporate Trust activities.

Statement of requirements

The creation of Uptevia responds to the desire of the Securities Services business line of BNP Paribas and CACEIS to offer a specialized, enhanced and scalable service offering to Corporate clients in France. In order to respond as well as possible to Corporate clients, the various employees must be able to work efficiently. An intranet site was needed to find essential information and news.

Implemented solution

Digiteam used the Wave offer, with Sharepoint as CMS for the creation of the intranet site. The project was built in a “light” mode to meet the expectations of the UPTEVIA entity, which wanted to put its intranet online as soon as possible following the creation of the entity.

Designed by our UX/UI team, the site tree provides an intuitive user experience to provide employees with answers quickly.

The very short time required to put the site online led us to select the methodology best suited to this time constraint. The aim was to be able to meet the maximum requirements without compromising the quality needed for this type of project.

This was also an opportunity for DIGITEAM to concretely use the new Sharepoint platform by launching the creation of sites and developing its first “home” functionalities.
