IT & Operations Services (IOS) is now CACIB’s transaction, data and service processing platform. It is organized around two departments (Global IT (GIT) and Operations, Premises & Country Coos (OPC)) and five departments. Pierre Dulon, Deputy CEO, is responsible for IT & Operations Services (IOS).
Statement of requirements
IOS did not yet have an intranet, its creation was aimed at improving access to information, key documentation and communication.
Implemented Solution
The intranet was created on the Wave Inside model for CA-CIB and was entirely designed to facilitate the daily lives of all employees. They find practical information on the IOS organization chart, the IOS 2025 project, best practices (application management tool, fraud risk, etc.), documentation (questionnaire, seminars, etc.) and videos (Pierre Dulon, Femke Blancquaert, etc.).

Can I access the IOS intranet?
- The IOS intranet is only open to CACIB employees.
What is special about this project?
- Digiteam has duplicated an existing site and adapted it according to the IOS graphic charter. This decision allowed the site to be delivered very quickly.
