The Group Project Steering and Impulse Department includes the Brand & Communication, Transformation & Group Strategic Marketing and Prospective & Customer Experience departments.

 

Statement of requirements

Create a web application to federate and provide information to the community of Managers, around subjects and issues related to the Crédit Agricole Group Project, by providing specific insights. The logic of publication is based on the proposal each month of a new “edition”, similar to a press release.

The audiences concerned are the Management Committees of the Regional Banks, subsidiaries or the Com Departments of the entities… Access must therefore be limited and secure.

Implemented solution

A mobile first communication site allowing the distribution of prospective content to a target group of Crédit Agricole Group executives. This exclusive and varied selection of value-added content is offered in the form of cards, allowing the click to access the details of the articles, to like and even to add this content to the favorites.

How are news presented on Impulsions?

  • The content presented must make it possible to better understand the competitive environment, to draw inspiration from best practices on societal subjects, to take the pulse of public opinion and consumers or even to take a step aside on societal subjects. Thus, the Managers will have access to:
    • – File of the month (internal or external prospective studies or analyzes of opportunities from strategic marketing)
    • – Media/com/influence (focus on changes in forms of communication, social media platforms, spheres of influence, etc.)
    • – Inspiration seen elsewhere (benchmark on strategies or initiatives from the banking and insurance sector)
    • – The weather forecast for Group projects (presentation each month of the macro progress of a structuring project of the Group)
    • – The key figure  (structuring data for our Group, clarified by a commentary or an infographic on one of our strategic topics)
    • – They said it (inspirational quote on social issues, which can open up reflection)

What is the number of users on Impulsions?

  • 50 users at launch, up to 1000 in the long term, i.e. around 200 unique users/day.
