Statement of requirements
Simplify access to resources (articles, discussions, documents, etc.) by Digiteam members. Organize documents in a single medium and manage access autonomously (restricted access as needed). Finally, set up the space with ready-to-use SharePoint features: libraries, lists, calendar, tasks, blog, etc.
Implemented solution
A ready-to-use space delivered in 48 hours, on a platform already connected to the directories of the Group’s entities. A simple space for adoption allowing quick access to information and easy input for managers, in order to offer a living and up-to-date content. Based on a SharePoint platform (Microsoft) hosted and managed internally by a dedicated team, subject to regular security tests. Easy access by SSO or Group Intranet account (depending on the entity).
