The Group Finance Department (FIG) brings together and coordinates the entities’ finance departments within the Finance business line. It defines the financial strategy and helps to ensure the Group’s financial equilibrium in the short, medium and long term.

Within FIG, there are several departments, including the Accounting and Regulatory Information Department (ICR). She is responsible for accounting doctrine, standards and procedures as well as the production of Crédit Agricole Group’s regulatory reports.

Statement of requirements

La refonte de ce site a été motivée par les deux raisons suivantes :

• Harmonization of financial-related intranets. AS the Finance Business Line (LMF) website was recently redesigned by Digiteam, it was used as the basis for this redesign.

• A change of URL to include the new ICR acronym instead of the old “Consolidation Accounting”.

Implemented solution

• Harmonization of the intranet with that of the Finance business line: presentation, colors, organization of information.

• Maintaining the structure / tree structure of the current site, but improving its reading on the “Home” and “Know Us” sections.
• Change in the name of the site to include “Accounting and Regulatory Information”.

With this overhaul, the ICR Department’s intranet provides intuitive access to a variety of critical resources and information for employees, improving their productivity and collaboration.
