Group Digital Marketing is an entity attached to Group Marketing (DCH) whose main objective is to accelerate the digital transformation within the Crédit Agricole Group. To achieve this, several areas of expertise work together to guarantee a 360° vision and prospect/customer-centric experiences.
Statement of requirements
For this entity, the challenges were:
- Share internal media (webinars, committees, clubs etc.)
- Share external media (training, studies)
- Share all expertise with their partners
- Integrate a forum that would make it possible to make calls to the Regional Banks on certain subjects
Implemented solution
A reference intranet to maintain contact with a community of around 300 digital marketing players beyond online meetings (webinars, committees, etc.), to assert their position as an “expert centre” on the digital marketing as well as giving visibility to their productions, projects or news by sharing various elements (documentation, presentations, guides, etc.). The UX/UI phase was not handled by the Digiteam, but by a UX/UI designer on the CA-S.A side. He then provided the prototype to the integration team for building the Wave intranet on the Sharepoint side.

What types of content are shared on the intranet?
- The Group Digital Marketing teams share guidelines and best practices, training materials, presentation materials, tutorials on getting started with tools and even the list of materials for their partnerships.
