The project was initially led by Crédit Agricole CIB’s GET IT teams, in collaboration with the CA-GIP Communication teams.

Statement of requirements

After a successful first edition in November 2019, the TECH Showroom & Classroom event returned in 2021 in a format of remote workshops bringing together more than 1,100 participants, eager to discover the world of TECH.

This 100% Digital event was intended for employees of entities present on the SQY campus, but also for students from Crédit Agricole partner schools. This event took place in three phases, between April and June 2021.

As part of the communication plan around the event, the organizers wanted to set up an event website, highlighting the program to solicit as many registrations as possible.

 

Implemented solution

Creation of a static website, allowing communication around the main information of the event: dates, program of presentations, and of course link to registration for the event.

How long did the site take to complete?

In a few days! The timing was very tight, and by choosing a static site, it was possible to offer an exposed page on the internet in record time.

And then what?

After the event, the project teams wanted to capitalize on this existing system and propose the replay of the conferences organized. From this idea is the “little brother” of the site, this time intranet (access limited to employees): TECH Showroom replay
