A subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., Crédit Agricole Assurances is the leading national insurer and offers a wide range of insurance products (including life insurance, retirement savings, non-life insurance, personal protection and health insurance) distributed in nine countries.
Statement of requirements
With a clientele of individuals and professionals, it is essential for CA Assurances to be represented on the Internet by a qualitative institutional site.
Already existing, the entity’s institutional site suffered from poor design and problems with user experience and interface (UX/UI).
For this reason, Crédit Agricole Assurances’ management team wanted to overhaul its institutional website in order to improve its brand image and the services offered.
Implemented solution
From the initial design phases to the publication of the website, including of course its graphic and technical design, we supported the CA Assurances teams throughout the entire project
Based on a CMS, business teams can easily update the pages (especially with the help of a user guide ), thus facilitating their autonomy.
Released on May 14th, 2024, the site benefits from a modern design and an adaptation to mobile and tablet formats. It allows prospects and customers to easily find all the information of the entity and its subsidiaries in an intuitive way.

What methodology was used for this project?
- The CA Assurances institutional site was built in Agile mode using the SCRUM method. Through iterative development, our team has been able to adapt to the needs of the client and thus adjust the site continuously. This allowed for better time control and a prioritization of tasks according to their value for each sprint.
One site… to make three!
- The institutional site has been adapted for 2 other sites of the entity: CA Assurances Retraite and Predica. These two sites, which have legal obligations for the CA Assurances Group, have the same design as the “parent” site, which allows the rapid availability of three separate sites.
