Created on 1 January 2019, Crédit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform (CA-GIP) is a major entity of the Crédit Agricole Group. It manages 80% of the Group’s IT production and is dedicated to developing new platforms in line with current digital practices.
Statement of requirements
CA-GIP, among its tasks, is responsible for issuing the Group’s mobile devices and must therefore sign a multitude of documents on paper. There are two standard documents to be signed: the discount voucher and the New Mobile charter.
Due to the large number of similar documents to be processed, it was necessary to find a solution to automate the creation and signature of these documents.
Implemented solution
To meet this need, we used our Docusign offer, a platform recognized for its electronic signature solution.
We have also developed different document templates to standardize and facilitate the process. This approach freed up time for employees and saved money.

The project was carried out very quickly: From the expression of need to the availability of the templates of documents it took about a month.
How many documents have been signed with Docusign for NewMobile?
Approximately 500 documents have been signed since the electronic signature was made available.
