Holding and listed company of the Group, Crédit Agricole S.A. is a social entity that ensures coordination, consistency and synergies between the entities to support the ambitions of the Group’s Project.
Statement of requirements
The “J’écorénove mon logement” project is part of this trajectory of the Group’s societal project.
The challenge of this project is to support the Group’s customers in the eco-renovation of housing. The objective is to make energy renovation accessible by offering a 100% human and 100% digital approach from 2022.
The site offers end-to-end assistance, beyond financing, for renovation projects taking into account complex regulatory changes that impose more ecological constraints on owners.
Implemented solution
Project started without internal IT project management within the Group, the Digiteam joined the creation of the J’écorénove site during the design phase.
His role was to support the business for the realization, both to follow the work of the development team and for the necessary relations with CA-GIP.
The result is a rich and complete site, offering the Group’s customers diagnostic tools, simulators for the cost of work, a view of possible aid, a financing estimate, and information on local craftsmen.
In the process of being deployed within the Regional Banks, the site will be used to support customers’ real estate sale/rental projects. The site also makes it possible to obtain leads that are then handled by these same Regional Banks.
The Digiteam little extra
What was the added value of the Digiteam in this project?
- The Digiteam played an important linking role between the various technical teams: development, hosting, security, external partners, etc. It carried the global vision of IT points, and facilitated (and sometimes unblocked!) the progress of the various technical subjects. This was particularly the case in support of CA-GIP, as part of an emerging hosting offer that Digiteam helped to hatch and put into practice.
Is the J’écorénove project over?
- No, since changes are expected later in the year. It should also be noted that the deployment within the 39 Regional Banks is in progress, and that an application for LCL is on the way.
