The Individual Market Group Marketing Department oversees the development of national offers (regulatory and legal impacts to be implemented, knowledge of markets and targets). As part of its missions, it is often required to exchange documents and share news such as events with the Regional Banks, business teams and subsidiaries.
Statement of requirements
The current Intranet, in terms of ergonomics, functionalities and graphic design, no longer met the expectations of employees and hampered the quality of content managed by administrators. The redesign of the intranet was therefore intended to simplify the updating of content (reference documents, organizational charts, etc.) mainly for the Regional Banks (support businesses), PU, Subsidiaries and Crédit Agricole S.A.
Implemented solution
The redesign of the intranet has made it possible to streamline information with the main business contacts through more intuitive paths to quickly provide the expected answers and limit emails. The tree structure is simple and understandable for the Regional Banks and other business users. Updating and integrating documents is quick for teams and the automation of certain information avoids updates: directory, events, etc. In addition, new features facilitate regular visits.
