Statement of requirements
The digital Workplace team wanted to set up a tool to effectively regulate the creation of teams in Microsoft Teams.
The specific feature of the tool was to be integrated directly into a Teams application and be accessible to all CACIB employees.
Implemented solution
The application was realized in a short development time thanks to the low-code (8 man days) and a low cost compared to a traditional development.
The centralization of requests has made it possible to resolve several irritants: reliability in monitoring, fast and secure creation of teams and a single form to retrieve user requests.
The application also complies with the entity’s graphic charter and accessibility standards.
To be accessible to each CACIB user, the HUB application is accessible directly in the Teams menu.

How is recovered data processed?
The information retrieved for the operation of the application comes exclusively from the Tenant of the Crédit Agricole Group (Azure Active Directory) without modifications and transformations of these latter. There is no connection to any third-party applications.
