HectoR is the HR chatbot for all CACIB employees in France. Launched as part of the Innovation initiative, HectoR intends to answer all questions on the theme of leave, absences and the withholding tax.

Statement of requirements

The HR team needed a service that automatically responded to requests from users. They wanted their visitors to be able to find answers to their questions more easily and quickly, thus giving them more satisfaction.

 

Implemented solution

Implementation of a chatbot to immediately answer the most common questions about the HR environment. This saves considerable time and improves the user experience through its responsiveness and efficiency. The chatbot also provides more feedback from visitors, offering all the cards to develop and perfect the entity’s communication… not to mention that this solution reduces the team’s workload.
