The Group Finance Department (GFD) brings together and coordinates the finance departments of the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group business lines within the Finance Business Line (FBL). The purpose of the FBL is to ensure the consistency of financial policy implemented at Group level, through better communication and the sharing of objectives between employees.

Statement of requirements

The current intranet, in terms of ergonomics, functionalities and graphic design, no longer met the expectations of employees and slowed down the quality of the content managed by administrators. The objective of the intranet redesign was therefore to simplify the updating of content (news, events, reference documents, organization charts) in order to become a real day-to-day working tool for GFD employees.

Implemented solution

A new intranet that replaces the old version of the Wave model. It thus allows its users to benefit from the new functionalities: personalized graphic charter, social functions, ease of contribution, event management, advanced document management, facilitated information search, etc.

A showcase for the FBL, it promotes the dissemination of information in the same sharing space.
