LCL is a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A. It offers its customers a 100% online relationship with highly available advisors in addition to its websites and its mobile and tablet applications. LCL relies on a strategy of development, innovation and recognition of its customers’ expectations, in particular with the Recognition Agreement. “Ask your bank more”, which is LCL’s advertising signature.
Statement of requirements
The Ecorenov’LCL website is a new internet application that offers to accompany the customers of the LCL credit unions in the eco-renovation of their housing, by making energy renovation accessible to them by proposing a 100% human and 100% digital approach.
This application is a version of “J’Ecorenove mon logement” developed for the Regional Banks. The project is in line with the Group’s societal commitments. It aims to offer an integrated approach to the eco-renovation of individual housing.
Implemented solution
The site offers end-to-end assistance, beyond financing, for renovation projects that take into account complex regulatory changes that impose more ecological constraints on owners.
To this end, Digiteam helped to provide diagnostic tools, simulators for the work, a vision of possible aid, an estimate of funding, and information on local craftsmen.

What was Digiteam’s added value in this project?
- Digiteam has played an important role as a link between the various technical teams: development, hosting, security, external partners, etc. It has carried out the global vision of IT points, and has facilitated (and sometimes unblocked!) the advancement of the various technical topics. This was notably the case in support of CA-GIP, as part of an emerging hosting offer that Digiteam helped to develop and put into practice.
