The Structuring & Product Development team of CACIB Group Equity Solutions develops and manages derivatives for the Crédit Agricole Group.
As a pioneer and leader in green finance, EQS offers complex debt instruments to finance or refinance green projects with a positive environmental impact. Allowing savers to commit to the energy transition and sustainable development.
And because social inequalities are still growing, EQS is committed to offering securities to finance projects with a positive social effect according to the Crédit Agricole Group’s analysis. Action enabling all customers to finance loans to small businesses and non-profit organizations to combat territorial inequalities, promote the socio-economic empowerment of individuals and access to health care.
Statement of requirements
In an increasingly important digital transformation context, EQS has reviewed its client communication strategy.
Initially, the presentation of their financial products was done exclusively through PDF files sent to each client according to the products contracted.
They therefore used Digiteam in 2021 to digitize their documentation and offer their customers a website presenting all their products, their information and their updated price.
Implemented solution
This tailor-made site has been designed to highlight newly released offers, facilitate navigation, search for information and optimize the user experience.
The site allows customers to find the price of products, updated every day thanks to a graphical history tool. All financial and regulatory information is available at all times.
Digiteam supported the UX/UI design, as well as the front and back-end development of the solution.
