Communication
Client entity
Private Banking supports its clients on a daily basis and monitors the evolution of their personal projects as professionals. It adapts to their customers’ unique lifestyles and needs, providing personalized responses at every stage of their lives. Within the Crédit Agricole Group, Private Banking mobilizes expertise specifically tailored to their situation.
Statement of requirements
Need to revive the Private Banking Market Group intranet site and to provide it with an ergonomic and fluid intranet portal to be efficient. It was necessary to update the information available on the site: more than 2 000 documents made available, some dating from 2013, which were no longer relevant because they were obsolete. Furthermore, it was essential to maintain consistency in the ecosystem of the Group’s market intranets (specialized markets, individual customers, etc.) and MTPs (e.g. titles, etc.).
Implemented solution
This new intranet was created by taking over the graphic universe specific to Private Banking (color codes, iconographies). It contains all the information intended for the Private Banking account managers of the 39 Regional Banks (agenda, news, useful links, directory, regulations), thus allowing to develop collaboration and information sharing within the different teams.
It is also the result of the first use of UX/UI tools at Digiteam, such as card sorting workshops, user interviews and tests on a graphic prototype.

Is the portal accessible to the entire Group?
The portal is accessible to the entire Group, including subsidiaries not on the Crédit Agricole S.A. network (e.g. Nexecur, CACIB London, Crédit du Maroc, etc.) However, the portal is accessible in its entirety only from the market correspondents of the Private Banking of the Regional Banks and subsidiaries (AMUNDI, CA Assurances, CA Indosuez, CA Immobilier, etc.).
Do I need to create an account to access the intranet?
Access is based on the Group SSO/directory, so it does not require the creation of an account on the first connection or the need to authenticate each time you connect.
