Crédit Agricole’s management organizes an event bringing together all Group entities. The opportunity to share the Annual Marketing Plan, hence the acronym PMA. This event is the annual meeting that brings together the management, subsidiaries and regional banks for two days. Two days of sharing and exchange.
Statement of requirements
An intranet site that is part of the preparation of the PMA Days during October 2021. A format that is popular with all stakeholders, with content that is as dynamic as it is enriching, as inspiring and motivating as it is creative.
Implemented solution
Wave was the solution chosen to replace the extranetcom tool usually used but difficult to handle by the business because it has become obsolete. The choice of Wave was validated late, and Digiteam was forced to start from an existing site (that of private banking and wealth management customers). This decision limited the time frame and met the first target date of mid-June.
