Statement of requirements
Establishment of a knowledge base for the 15,000 LCL branch advisors and a catalog of documents to facilitate the contribution and updating of documents. In addition, the intranet site must be personalized for employees. As a result, the home page must display by default the tools that the logged-in user uses on a daily basis.
Implemented solution
Digiteam is in charge of the configuration and development of specific functionalities (Document scoring, comments on documents, etc.). In addition, the site brings together the tools and communities (chat room) of the logged-in user.
