Created in 2019, Crédit Agricole CIB’s Innovation & Digital Transformation (IDT) sector aims to support the Bank in defining and implementing its digital transformation.
IDT has helped to carry out many innovative projects within CACIB, bringing value and modernity to the entity and its employees.
Statement of requirements
IDT wanted, through a single project, to meet two needs:
- Better highlight its achievements, by offering a showcase site presenting the work completed or still in progress.
- Offer an ideation portal, allowing CACIB employees to propose an idea, then to follow the life of the project that may result from it.
Thanks to this unified portal, IDT wishes to develop innovation and the involvement of employees in the transformation of the bank.
Implemented solution
InsideINNO aims to give worldwide visibility to innovation at CACIB. All of the achievements, available in French and English, are contributed by the IDT teams using a CMS adapted to their needs.
Thanks to a custom-developed ideation tool and idea workflow management, IDT can better track and manage the ideas proposed by employees. The latter are better involved in the development of innovation at CACIB.
The Digiteam little extra
The collaboration between four expert teams from CACIB
- The InsideINNO portal is the result of a collaboration between the IDT teams, the Digiteam, PurePixel and the Digital Factory. These four centers of experts have for the first time pooled their know-how and skills to offer an innovative interface designed for employees. resulting product provides a relevant and seamless experience for users.
What methodology was used for this project?
- InsideINNO was made 100% in Agile. Thanks to this methodology, the realization was enriched throughout the project, to reach a version perfectly adapted to the needs of IDT and all the collaborators.
