Crédit Agricole Payment Services, with its role as the Group’s payment producer, is responsible for coordinating the payment business line within Crédit Agricole in order to ensure synergies at the service of customers.

Statement of requirements

Simplify access to resources (articles, discussions, documents, etc.) by CAPS members.

Organize documents in a single medium and manage access autonomously (restricted access as needed).

Finally, set up the space with ready-to-use SharePoint features: libraries, lists, calendar, tasks, blog, etc.

Implemented solution

A space ready for use on a platform already connected to the directories of the Group’s entities.

A simple space for adoption allowing quick access to information and easy input for managers, in order to offer a living and up-to-date content. Based on a SharePoint platform (Microsoft) hosted and managed internally by a dedicated team, subject to regular security tests. Easy access by SSO or Group Intranet account (depending on the entity).
