Traveldoo is used for Crédit Agricole SA to submit and validate an expense report on a paperless basis. Simple and fast, this ergonomic interface is also accessible from a mobile terminal (smartphone, tablet, etc.) from which it is possible to import a voucher directly.
Statement of requirements
In order to comply with the Group’s Travel Policy, any employee who has to travel in a professional setting (hotels, train, plane, etc.) must use the Group’s online booking tool (applies to Crédit Agricole SA Group entities, excluding CA-CF). Depending on the entity, bookings may be made either by the employee himself or by a travel agent. As a security measure, authentication must be done via the Internet, it must be fast and comply with Group standards.
Implemented solution
Traveldoo Expense is authenticated through an AuthWeb account. To authenticate, you must enter an email address and password. To create or access your AuthWeb account: https://casapps.adsi.credit-agricole.fr If you already have an AuthWeb account, this interface allows you to reset your password if necessary. In addition, account management can only be accessed from a PC connected to the company’s internal network.

How to use Traveldoo Expense via mobile?
For mobile use, you must download the TraveldoExpense app from the App Store or the Android Store. Then, launch the application and click on “Connect SSO”. And finally, enter your email and Authweb ID.
