Crédit Agricole Payment Services, with its role as the Group’s payment producer, is responsible for coordinating the payment business line within Crédit Agricole in order to ensure synergies at the service of customers.

Statement of requirements

A portal that aggregates content from other sites or information systems and is accessible to all and outside the Group in a secure manner. In addition, the site allows the customization of content according to the user’s profile.

 

Implemented solution

In February 2017, Crédit Agricole Payment Services (CAPS) set up a new intranet-extranet ecosystem with the implementation of a collaborative and social platform entitled “CAPS’IN, the Crédit Agricole Group’s payment portal”.

This support now covers CAPS’ needs in terms of content management, collaboration, and conversational communication, and plays a key role in CAPS’ digital communication strategy.

What is special about this project?

Employees can talk to each other via a microblogging wall. They can post, insert #hashtags, mention colleagues, like, comment on posts, and use the chat tracking feature to get email notifications of added comments.

What are the authorization and authentication models?

When logging on to Windows through the entity’s Active Directory in trust with CAPS’IN (MOCCA platform). Via the RGA (Group intranet account) for all other Crédit Agricole Group entities and finally via the PARTEX (external partner account) for external entities.
