IFCAM is the Crédit Agricole Group’s university, in France and internationally. Since 2017, IFCAM employees have been sharing their passion for training, their analyzes of trends and their experiences at the service of the Group’s training systems.

In a Group committed to human development and personal fulfillment, IFCAM supports all employees in their development of skills, regardless of their level, their profession, their function, etc. and offers a training offer that covers all the skills needed for the banking, insurance and real estate professions.

IFCAM supports projects, designs and distributes training programs, anticipates and shares future developments… it is a major player in the Group’s transformation.

Statement of requirements

The blog is an important communication vehicle for IFCAM. Since 2017, IFCAM employees have been sharing their passion for training, their analyzes of trends and their experiences at the service of the Group’s training systems.

However, the blog was becoming obsolete, suffering from a high technical debt, performance problems, as well as aging ergonomics.

IFCAM therefore approached Digiteam to consider a new version of the blog.

The SEO aspect is crucial for IFCAM. The new blog should not only not lose the SEO that the old one enjoyed, but also be optimized to strengthen its positioning in search engine results.

Implemented solution

Total redesign of the blog: graphic, functional and technical.

Digiteam has developed a modern graphical interface in line with the IFCAM graphical charter.

On the technical side, the solution is based on a market CMS, adapted to the specific needs of IFCAM webmasters, allowing them to benefit from a contribution interface optimized for their use. The application is also made more secure in line with the Group’s expectations in this area.

For the SEO aspects, IFCAM wanted to call on an external company, an expert in the SEO field, which monitored all the work carried out by Digiteam and validated the quality of the latter.
